Return Policy


Pantea Clothing will gladly exchange or replace defective merchandise within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Return Process:

1. Email us at panteaclothing@gmail.com and tell us the reason for your return. We will then give you your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return shipping label in the case of defective merchandise only. Returns made without the RA# will not be accepted.
2. After receiving your RA# and PDF Return Form please pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided.
3. Write your RA# given to you by the returns department on the outside of your package and on your returns form.
4. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
